The Division of Urology within the Department of Surgery is seeking a professional, well-organized team player to join our clinical research programs. We are dedicated to advancing care for both adult and pediatric patients through rigorous scientific inquiry and operational excellence.
As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will serve as a pivotal link in our research ecosystem, dividing your efforts between the Adult and Pediatric Urology divisions. This is a 100% FTE role designed for an individual who can balance independent initiative with effective collaboration.
In this position, you will assist in the design, implementation, and direction of research projects. Your day-to-day impact will involve overseeing research and administrative procedures, ensuring strict compliance with hospital, state, federal, and regulatory policies, and managing patient consent processes. You will be responsible for data acquisition and entry, developing quality control procedures, and assisting in the creation and submission of IRB protocols. Additionally, you will participate in grant submissions and reporting in consultation with Investigators and clinical trials officers.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills, exercising good judgment in decision-making. While you will work independently to manage complex tasks, you will also be an integral part of a collaborative team environment.
