About the Role
Encompass Health seeks a Clinical Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care within our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. This role is designed to support safe transitions and promote functional recovery for patients navigating their rehabilitation journey.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team, including physicians and therapists, to develop and implement individualized care plans. Your day-to-day involves performing comprehensive assessments, administering medications and treatments, and providing specialized interventions such as wound care and IV therapy. You will also play a vital role in educating patients and their families on care plans, safety protocols, and post-discharge needs, ensuring a seamless continuum of care.
