Our team of respected experts in medication therapy management is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to develop and launch new pharmacy services. This role exists to enhance patient access, optimize medication access, and improve patient outcomes through collaboration with the pharmacy manager and clinical team.
About the Role
As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be part of something remarkable. You will assess patient understanding of medication regimens and provide tailored education for patients with diabetes, osteoporosis, and parathyroid disease. Your work will include providing guidance and support for medication access and affordability programs to reduce barriers to care. Additionally, you will train and educate pharmacy residents and PharmD students through both practical and didactic experiences.
You will work at Junction Road Medical Center in Madison, WI, with additional locations as needed and the opportunity for remote work. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or a PharmD degree; 1 year of clinical patient care and orders management experience; Licensed to practice pharmacy in the State of Wisconsin; and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
