About the Role
As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will serve as a vital leader overseeing daily clinical operations, patient flow, and nursing care on our hospital unit. This role is designed to bridge the gap between direct patient care and operational management, ensuring safe, high-quality outcomes for every patient.
In this position, you will provide direct patient care while simultaneously coordinating staffing and workflows. You will act as a mentor and support system for nursing staff, fostering best practices and collaboration across interdisciplinary teams. Your day will involve close partnership with physicians to refine care plans, monitoring quality and safety measures, and actively participating in performance improvement initiatives.
