About the Role

This role serves as the operational and clinical leader for a nursing unit, organizing and directing the delivery of patient care, associated operations, and personnel. As a key member of the Nash UNC Health Care Cardiology organization, you will have the authority to take reasonable actions necessary to fulfill delegated responsibilities within the scope defined by the Senior Vice President of Nursing Administration. You will act as a bridge between staff, therapists, physicians, and ancillary services to facilitate the delivery of safe, effective, and timely patient care. Your contributions will directly impact the community's health and wellbeing as you model professional behavior and champion the interests of Nash Health Care Systems.
