This position serves as a vital clinical laboratory professional within our community-focused hospital. You will prioritize and perform a wide variety of clinical laboratory tests on various biological specimens, ensuring the integrity of results from pre-analytical collection through post-analytical reporting. Your work involves reviewing, evaluating, and documenting results while strictly adhering to lab safety and maintenance protocols. Beyond technical execution, you will play a leadership role by training and supervising trainees, laboratory assistants, and clerks as needed. This role is represented by UFCW.
