The Clinical Coordinator (Focus: Acute Care) is a competent professional nurse who possesses advanced knowledge, skills, and abilities, along with strong leadership capabilities. Under the supervision of the Department Director, this role functions as a shift leader providing day-to-day management of the assigned departments.
You will make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator. You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills and our cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing. Beyond clinical oversight, you will design, organize, implement, and evaluate learning activities that facilitate the professional growth and competency of direct clinical nursing care providers. You will act as a resource person, consultant, collaborator, facilitator-instructor, role model, and evaluator, assisting in the communication of organizational vision and goals while ensuring the cost-effective and efficient use of allocated resources for optimum outcomes.
