Urgent Surgery Associates (URSA), a subsidiary of Integrative Emergency Services, LLC, is dedicated to delivering high-quality, compliant, and patient-centered surgical care. Our mission is to ensure operational consistency and effectiveness across our network, balancing hands-on management with enterprise alignment to drive productivity and growth.
The Clinic Network Operations Manager serves as the operational backbone for our surgical practice division. This role is designed to ensure that every clinic delivers on its promise of excellence by maintaining efficient, standardized workflows. You will partner closely with clinical leaders, surgeons, and executive leadership to proactively identify issues and optimize how each practice runs.
In this position, you will balance day-to-day oversight with strategic alignment. Your day will involve managing operational performance across multiple locations, addressing workflow gaps, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders ranging from client surgeons to clinic staff. You will play a key role in implementing process improvements, coordinating new facility startups, and ensuring seamless collaboration between departments. Additionally, you will oversee the adoption of clinical technology platforms, including EMR systems, and manage compliance training and provider credentialing to support our network's growth objectives.
This role requires frequent local travel primarily within the DFW metroplex, with a base at our corporate office in Dallas and regular visits to various clinic locations.
