As a Client Service Manager – Associate, you will join a collaborative environment where you work closely with senior members to manage governance, drive initiatives, and foster strong client relationships.
In this position, you will serve as a vital link between the firm and its institutional clients. Your primary focus is to support and drive initiatives that enhance client satisfaction while managing the governance of products and services. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with the client base, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with J.P. Morgan.
Your day-to-day involves owning timely inquiry responses across all products and managing escalations to resolution. You will utilize proprietary CRM tools to capture relationship feedback, generate call reports, and track actions to closure. Additionally, you will prepare for periodic client relationship reviews, coordinate client training on proprietary technology, and ensure accurate billing and timely payments. As a team player, you will also provide guidance to junior team members and help bring global initiatives and ad-hoc projects to closure.
