About the Role
NBAZ is looking for a seasoned Client Service Associate (Teller) to join Arizona's #1 Community Bank in our Tempe branch. If you are passionate about being part of a community, being a team player, and helping others reach their financial goals, we are interested in speaking with you!
In this role, you will be the face of our bank, processing transactions with accuracy while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. You will identify and address client needs by providing a variety of services, from opening new accounts to resolving problems through direct action or referral. You will also have the opportunity to maximize cross-sell opportunities by exploring client needs and connecting them with the right banking solutions.
