About the Role
We are seeking self-motivated CDL-A and Class B drivers to join our team for the safe and timely transportation of bulk freight. In this role, you will transport goods from customer locations to manufacturing, distribution, and retail centers. You will work closely with dispatchers to plan routes and track deliveries, requiring the ability to read customer orders, follow safety regulations, and work effectively under pressure.
We value drivers who possess strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. Whether you are interested in local, regional, or OTR opportunities, we offer a supportive environment with onsite shops and a dedicated drivers lounge.
Hiring Process
Candidates must meet specific safety and experience standards, including passing a DOT physical and drug screening. We require no failed drug or alcohol tests in the last three years and a clean driving record (no more than one major violation in the last 12 months). Training is available to help you operate our equipment. Selected candidates will be offered competitive commission-based pay by the load with no 1099 classification.
