About the Role

As a Class A CDL Route Driver, you will be the backbone of our mission, delivering food waste on intra- and interstate routes. This role is more than just driving; it is a safety-sensitive position that requires a clear mind and diligence, as you are responsible for your own safety as well as the safety of others. You will operate combination vehicles ranging from 30-45' open-top dump trailers, managing multiple stops daily while ensuring client locations are left clean and free of debris.

You will work in a collaborative, values-driven team culture where your growth is prioritized. Whether you are performing pre- and post-trip inspections, maintaining equipment, or communicating with customers and the operations team, your work directly contributes to a more sustainable future. The role offers flexible hours based on seasonality and the opportunity to work on various assignments, including interstate routes, as needed.
