About the Role
This position offers the closest experience to operating your own authority without the full burden of ownership. As an Owner Operator, you maintain total freedom and responsibility while we act as a trusted partner to facilitate your success. We provide guidance and support, allowing you to focus on the road rather than the administrative burdens of running a trucking business.
You will operate dry vans, flatbeds, and refrigerated trailers on Over-The-Road (OTR) routes. The role is designed for drivers who prefer line-haul operations with no driver load/unload or tarping responsibilities. You will utilize Samsara ELDs and benefit from personalized maintenance escrow programs.
Home Time & Schedule
We offer a flexible schedule that respects your time at home. While you can expect to be out for 5 to 20 days at a time, you are free to stay out longer if you choose. Our structure ensures you are home every weekend.
Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must hold a valid Class A license and possess at least 2 years of OTR experience. We review applications to ensure a strong fit for our partnership model.
