About the Role
Safety-Kleen, a Clean Harbors company, is seeking a Class A Driver to safely transport used oil, hazardous waste, and related materials for industrial, automotive, and commercial customers. In this Transportation & Logistics role, you will operate tractor-trailers and tankers while adhering to strict DOT, OSHA, and EPA regulations. Your work directly supports sustainable recycling and waste management programs across your assigned regional routes.
Day in the Life
You will interact with customers professionally during on-site pickups and deliveries, ensuring courteous service at every stop. The role involves conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintaining accurate logs and manifests, and communicating with dispatch regarding schedules and route changes. You will also assist with loading and unloading operations, including hose connections and cargo securement, while participating in ongoing safety meetings and training to uphold a culture of teamwork and environmental responsibility.
