About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers for our Division 200 team based in Spokane, WA. This role involves Over-The-Road (OTR) routes in the western region of America. As a driver, you will operate our newest flatbed trucks, which are meticulously maintained and equipped with cutting-edge safety technologies such as lane departure warnings, forward collision systems, and satellite communication devices.
In this position, you will be responsible for transporting heavy loads, which includes tarping approximately 70% of our loads. Drivers must be physically capable of lifting a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice, a requirement tested during orientation. You will have access to our award-winning Driver Portal, an app designed by drivers for drivers, providing real-time updates, pay access, and 24/7 support.

Hiring Process and Application
To join our team, you must meet specific safety and experience qualifications, including a valid Class A CDL, a clean drug test, and a clean Clearinghouse result. We require a safe driving record, no more than six jobs in the last three years, and at least four months of driving experience. A background check is also required.
