About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional routes out of our Denver, CO terminal (Division 272). In this role, you will drive the newest flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge technologies designed for your comfort and safety. You will be responsible for transporting heavy loads, which includes tarping approximately 70% of our loads; drivers must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice.

This position offers a "small company feel" with dedicated support. Drivers have access to an award-winning app for real-time updates, pay access, and trip data, backed by 24/7/365 road service staff and shops. We ensure every tractor is meticulously maintained, featuring lane departure and forward collision warning systems, hard brake monitoring, and satellite communication devices. If a truck requires repairs, it will not return to the road until it is 100% safe.

Hiring Process & Application

To join our team, you must meet specific safety and experience qualifications, including a valid Class A CDL, being 21 years of age or older, and maintaining a safe driving record with no more than six jobs in the last three years. A background check, clean drug test, and clean Clearinghouse result are required. Additionally, all flatbed candidates must pass a physical test demonstrating the ability to handle tarping duties.

We understand that changing jobs is difficult, which is why we offer a $1,800 transition package to support you during your first two weeks of orientation.
