About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A Owner Operator Drivers across the United States to join our network as independent contractors. This role is ideal for business-minded drivers seeking higher earnings potential and the flexibility of running their own operation. As a partner with UACL, you will have access to a robust agent base of 300+ freight agents nationwide, consistent freight opportunities, and top-tier operational support.

You will operate a commercial vehicle in accordance with DOT regulations, planning routes that minimize empty miles and maximize fuel efficiency. The position requires maintaining regular communication with UACL agents for load alerts and scheduling, ensuring freight is properly handled, and utilizing our technology tools for load management and documentation. Success in this role involves providing exceptional service at pickup and delivery locations while representing UACL with professionalism.

Hiring Process

Onboarding is designed for speed and efficiency. Selected candidates will complete an online orientation to facilitate fast entry into the network. Once onboarded, you will gain immediate access to our dispatch systems and trailer rental programs (available for both van and flatbed divisions).
