About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A Owner Operator Drivers across the United States to join our network as independent contractors. This role is ideal for business-minded drivers seeking higher earnings potential and the flexibility of running their own operation. As a partner with UACL, you will have access to a robust agent base of 300+ freight agents nationwide, consistent freight opportunities, and top-tier operational support.
Whether you operate in the Van or Flatbed division, you will utilize our technology tools for load management and documentation while maintaining regular communication with our agents for dispatch needs and scheduling. The position offers the freedom to choose your preferred lanes—regional, OTR, or dedicated—while leveraging our 24/7 operations and road service support to ensure your business runs smoothly.
Hiring Process & Application
To join our team, candidates must complete an online orientation for fast onboarding. Once selected, you will coordinate with our Operations team regarding trailer rental options if you do not yet have your own equipment. We look for drivers with a valid CDL-A, a strong safety record, and a business-minded approach to managing their operation in compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations.
