About the Role
As an Owner Operator with F2F, you can choose between two distinct paths. With our Connect Program, you run your own business without the hassle of booking your own loads. Alternatively, join our Direct Program for dedicated customer runs backed by 24/7 support from our all-star operations team.
We are currently accepting dry van, power-only, flatbed, and reefer drivers. You will have access to OTR, regional, or local routes, ensuring flexibility in your schedule. Drivers receive personalized maintenance escrow, back-office support, and dedicated load planners to handle the logistics while you focus on the road.
Hiring Process
To get started, apply now and let us know which program sounds right for you. The process includes a virtual orientation and requires a negative drug test before driving under F2F Transport authority. We also cover your semi-annual DOT inspection to keep you compliant and on the road.
