About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A Owner Operator Drivers across the United States to join our network as independent contractors. This role is ideal for business-minded drivers seeking higher earnings potential and the flexibility of running their own operation. As a partner within our network, you will have access to a robust agent base of 300+ freight agents nationwide, consistent freight opportunities, and top-tier operational support.
Whether you operate in the Van or Flatbed division, you will leverage our advanced technology tools for load management, communication, and documentation. The position offers the freedom to choose your preferred lanes—regional, OTR, or dedicated—while maintaining regular communication with UACL agents for load alerts, dispatch needs, and scheduling. You will represent UACL with professionalism, ensuring exceptional service at pickup and delivery locations while building strong working relationships with customers and operations staff.
Hiring Process & Onboarding
We prioritize a fast and efficient onboarding experience. Selected candidates will complete an online orientation to quickly get started. Once onboarded, you will gain immediate access to our 24/7 operations support and road service teams to assist with any logistical challenges.
