About the Role
We are seeking Class A CDL drivers to join our team of Over-the-Road (OTR) flatbed drivers. In this role, you will run nationwide on an OTR schedule, typically spending a minimum of 2–3 weeks at a time on the road. You will operate late-model, meticulously maintained trucks, allowing you to focus on the journey ahead without worrying about mechanical breakdowns.
As a flatbed driver, you will gain confidence through our comprehensive hands-on securement training. The role offers significant earning potential through industry-leading tarp pay, competitive layover and detention pay, and various career path options designed to help you earn additional cash. You will also have the flexibility to bank unlimited days for home time or choose extra cash through our Road Warrior Program.
