About the Role
We are seeking Class A CDL drivers to join our team of Over-the-Road (OTR) flatbed drivers. In this role, you will run nationwide on an OTR schedule, typically spending a minimum of 2–3 weeks at a time on the road. You will operate late-model equipment that is meticulously maintained, allowing you to focus on the journey ahead without worrying about breakdowns.
Melton provides comprehensive flatbed training to help you gain the skills and confidence needed for securement. As a flatbed driver, you will also have the opportunity to earn industry-leading tarp pay, averaging up to an extra $10,000 annually. The role offers flexible home time, allowing you to bank unlimited days to fit your personal schedule, and includes options for the Road Warrior Program to choose between extra days off or extra cash.
