Melton Truck Lines is seeking Class A CDL drivers to join our team of Over-the-Road (OTR) flatbed drivers. With over 72 years of industry experience, we understand what matters most to drivers. The Experience
As a Solo Company Driver, you will run nationwide on an OTR schedule, typically spending a minimum of 2–3 weeks on the road at a time. You can expect to average 2,200–2,500 miles per week. We provide late-model equipment that is meticulously maintained so you can focus on the road ahead without worrying about breakdowns. Our dedicated support team is available 24/7 to ensure you have what you need whenever you need it.
We offer a comprehensive flatbed training program to help you gain the skills and confidence needed for securement. For those interested in growth, we provide industry-leading tarp pay, numerous career path options, and up to $10,000 in tuition reimbursement. We also support veterans with specialized apprenticeship programs and additional earnings opportunities.
