About the Role
We are seeking Class A CDL drivers to join our team of Over-the-Road (OTR) flatbed drivers. In this role, you will run nationwide on an OTR schedule, typically spending a minimum of 2–3 weeks at a time on the road. You will operate late-model equipment that is meticulously maintained, allowing you to focus on the journey ahead without worrying about breakdowns.
This position offers a unique opportunity to master the flatbed industry through our comprehensive training program, which includes hands-on securement training to build your skills and confidence. As a Melton driver, you will be part of a support system that is available 24/7, ensuring you have what you need whenever you need it.
