Melton Truck Lines is seeking Class A CDL drivers to join our team of Over-the-Road (OTR) flatbed drivers. With over 72 years of industry experience, we understand what matters most to drivers. The Experience
As a Solo Company Driver, you will run nationwide on an OTR schedule, typically spending a minimum of 2–3 weeks on the road at a time. You can expect to average between 2,200 and 2,500 miles per week. We provide comprehensive flatbed training to ensure you have the skills and confidence needed for securement, alongside late-model equipment that is meticulously maintained so you can focus on the road ahead.
We are committed to supporting your life on the road with 24/7 support from our dedicated team. Our flexible OTR home time program allows you to bank unlimited days to fit your schedule, while our Pet and Rider Programs let you bring a loved one or pet along for company. Additionally, we offer a Road Warrior Program where you can choose an extra day of home time or extra cash, and we provide industry-leading tarp pay and competitive layover and detention pay to maximize your earnings.
