With over 72 years of experience in the industry, Melton Truck Lines has built a legacy centered on driver success. We understand what matters most to those on the road, which is why we have created a driver-focused experience designed to support your career and well-being. Whether you are an experienced driver, a recent CDL graduate, or a transitioning military veteran, there is a place for you within our team.
We are seeking Class A CDL drivers to join our team of Over-the-Road (OTR) flatbed drivers. In this role, you will run nationwide, typically spending a minimum of 2–3 weeks on the road at a time. You will operate late-model, meticulously maintained equipment, allowing you to focus on the journey ahead without worrying about mechanical issues.
As a flatbed driver, you will handle securement with confidence thanks to our comprehensive hands-on training program. The role offers significant earning potential through industry-leading tarp pay, competitive layover and detention pay, and various career path options. You will also have the flexibility to manage your schedule through our unlimited home time bank program, choosing between extra days off or additional cash via the Road Warrior Program.
Ready to become part of a legacy? To apply, call our recruiting team at 866-890-8332 to speak with a recruiter directly, or fill out an application online. We value and support our veterans and transitioning military members through US DOL & VA Apprenticeships.
Melton Truck Lines is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetic information.
