About the Role
We are seeking Class A CDL drivers to join our team of Over-the-Road (OTR) flatbed drivers. As a Solo Company Driver, you will run nationwide on an OTR schedule, typically being out for a minimum of 2–3 weeks at a time. You can expect to average between 2,200 and 2,500 miles per week.
You will operate late-model equipment that is meticulously maintained, allowing you to focus on the road ahead without worrying about breakdowns. The role includes comprehensive flatbed training to help you gain the skills and confidence needed for securement. You will also have the opportunity to earn industry-leading tarp pay, with $100 for every load tarping, which can equate to an average of up to an extra $10,000 annually.
