About the Role
We are seeking Class A CDL drivers to join our team of Over-the-Road (OTR) flatbed drivers. In this role, you will run nationwide, typically spending a minimum of 2–3 weeks on the road at a time. You will operate late-model, meticulously maintained trucks, allowing you to focus on the journey ahead without worrying about mechanical breakdowns. The position involves hauling flatbed loads, which includes securing cargo and tarping, with specific incentives provided for tarping every load.
This role is designed for those who value flexibility and support. You will have access to a dedicated 24/7 support team ready to assist you whenever you need it. The schedule offers flexible OTR home time, allowing you to bank unlimited days to fit your personal schedule. Additionally, you can participate in our Pet and Rider Programs to bring a loved one or pet along on the road.
