Melton Truck Lines is seeking Class A CDL drivers to join our team of Over-the-Road (OTR) flatbed drivers. With over 72 years of industry experience, we understand what matters most to drivers. The Experience
As a Solo Company Driver, you will run nationwide on an OTR schedule, typically spending a minimum of 2–3 weeks on the road at a time. You can expect to average between 2,200 and 2,500 miles per week. We provide comprehensive flatbed training to ensure you gain the skills and confidence needed for securement, paired with late-model equipment that is meticulously maintained so you can focus on the road ahead.
We offer flexible home time, allowing you to bank unlimited days to fit your schedule. For those who prefer, the Road Warrior Program lets you choose an extra day of home time or extra cash. You will also have access to 24/7 support from a dedicated team ready to assist you whenever you need it. Additionally, we support your personal life with Pet and Rider Programs, allowing you to bring a pet or loved one along on the road.
