About the Role
We are seeking Class A CDL drivers to join our team of Over-the-Road (OTR) flatbed drivers. At Melton, you are at the heart of what we do. Whether you are an experienced driver, a recent CDL graduate, or a transitioning military veteran, there is a place for you in our nationwide fleet.
As a Solo Company Driver, you will operate late-model, meticulously maintained flatbed trucks across the country. This role offers an OTR schedule where you will be out a minimum of 2–3 weeks at a time, running nationwide routes with an average of 2,200–2,500 miles per week. You will receive comprehensive hands-on securement training to gain the skills and confidence needed for flatbed operations.
