About the Role
We are seeking Class A CDL drivers to join our team of Over-the-Road (OTR) flatbed drivers. At Melton, you will run nationwide on an OTR schedule, typically being out for a minimum of 2–3 weeks at a time. The role offers an average of 2,200–2,500 miles per week, allowing you to focus on the road ahead with late-model equipment that is meticulously maintained to minimize breakdowns.
You will receive comprehensive flatbed training to gain the skills and confidence needed for securement. Our support team is available 24/7 to ensure you have what you need whenever you need it. The position includes flexible home time options, allowing you to bank unlimited days to fit your schedule, and offers opportunities to bring a pet or loved one along through our Pet and Rider Programs.
