About the Role
We are seeking Class A CDL drivers to join our team of Over-the-Road (OTR) flatbed drivers. In this role, you will run nationwide, typically spending a minimum of 2–3 weeks on the road at a time. You will operate late-model, meticulously maintained trucks, allowing you to focus on the journey ahead without worrying about mechanical breakdowns.
The position includes comprehensive flatbed training to help you gain the skills and confidence needed for securement. As a Melton driver, you will be part of a supportive network with 24/7 assistance available whenever you need it. We offer flexible OTR home time, allowing you to bank unlimited days to fit your schedule, and unique opportunities like our Road Warrior Program to choose between extra home time or cash.
