About the Role
Melton Truck Lines is seeking Class A CDL drivers to join our team of Over-the-Road (OTR) flatbed drivers. With over 72 years of industry experience, we understand what matters most to drivers. Our mission is to provide a driver-focused experience built around your success, whether you are an experienced veteran, a recent CDL graduate, or transitioning from the military.
As a Solo Company Driver, you will run nationwide on an OTR schedule, typically spending 2–3 weeks at a time on the road. You will operate late-model, meticulously maintained flatbed trucks, allowing you to focus on the journey ahead. The role includes comprehensive hands-on securement training to ensure you have the skills and confidence needed for flatbed operations. Drivers can expect an average of 2,200–2,500 miles per week, with opportunities to earn additional income through industry-leading tarp pay, per diem, and various bonus programs.
