About the Role
We are seeking Class A CDL drivers to join our team of Over-the-Road (OTR) flatbed drivers. In this role, you will run nationwide on an OTR schedule, typically spending a minimum of 2–3 weeks at a time on the road. You will operate late-model equipment that is meticulously maintained, allowing you to focus on the journey ahead without worrying about breakdowns. The position offers an average of 2,200 to 2,500 miles per week, providing consistent work across the country.
Melton provides comprehensive flatbed training to help you gain the skills and confidence needed for securement. We also offer flexible OTR home time, allowing you to bank unlimited days to fit your schedule. For those who wish to bring family along, we support pet and rider programs to keep you company on the road.
