About the Role
We are seeking Class A CDL drivers to join our Over-the-Road (OTR) flatbed team. In this role, you will run nationwide, typically spending a minimum of 2–3 weeks on the road at a time. You can expect an average of 2,200 to 2,500 miles per week, providing a consistent flow of work across the country.

You will drive late-model equipment that is meticulously maintained, allowing you to focus on the road ahead without worrying about breakdowns. To ensure you have the skills and confidence needed for flatbed operations, we provide comprehensive hands-on securement training.
Life on the road is supported by our dedicated 24/7 support team, ensuring you are never alone. We also offer flexible home time options, allowing you to bank unlimited days to fit your personal schedule. For those who wish to extend their time on the road, the Road Warrior Program offers the choice between an extra day of home time or additional cash. Additionally, we support your life on the road with our Pet and Rider Programs, allowing you to bring a pet or loved one along.
