About the Role
We are seeking Class A CDL drivers to join our team of Over-the-Road (OTR) flatbed drivers. Whether you are an experienced driver, a recent CDL graduate, or a transitioning military veteran, there is a place for you at Melton. As a Solo Company Driver, you will run nationwide on an OTR schedule, typically being out for a minimum of 2–3 weeks at a time. You will have the opportunity to earn an average of 2,200–2,500 miles per week while operating late-model equipment that is meticulously maintained.
This role offers a comprehensive flatbed training program to help you gain the skills and confidence needed for securement. You will also have access to flexible home time options, allowing you to bank unlimited days to fit your schedule. For those interested in family or companionship on the road, we offer pet and rider programs.
