Melton Truck Lines is seeking Class A CDL drivers to join our team of Over-the-Road (OTR) flatbed drivers. With over 72 years of industry experience, we understand what matters most to drivers. The Experience
As a Solo Company Driver, you will run nationwide on an OTR schedule, typically spending a minimum of 2–3 weeks on the road at a time. You can expect to average between 2,200 and 2,500 miles per week. We provide comprehensive flatbed training to ensure you gain the skills and confidence needed for securement, paired with late-model equipment that is meticulously maintained so you can focus on the road ahead.
Our support extends beyond the road with a dedicated team available 24/7 to assist you whenever you need it. We offer flexible OTR home time, allowing you to bank unlimited days to fit your schedule. Additionally, we support your life on the road with programs that allow you to bring a pet or a loved one along, and we offer a Road Warrior Program where you can choose extra days of home time or extra cash.
