About the Role
We are seeking Class A CDL drivers to join our team of Over-the-Road (OTR) flatbed drivers. In this role, you will run nationwide on an OTR schedule, typically spending a minimum of 2–3 weeks on the road at a time. You will operate late-model, meticulously maintained equipment, allowing you to focus on the road ahead without worrying about breakdowns.
As a Melton driver, you will be part of a comprehensive training program that includes hands-on securement training to give you the skills and confidence needed for flatbed operations. You will have the flexibility to bank unlimited days to fit your schedule, ensuring you get the time off you need when you need it. Additionally, you can choose to participate in the Road Warrior Program, selecting an extra day of home time or extra cash.
