About the Role
We are seeking Class A CDL drivers to join our team of Over-the-Road (OTR) flatbed drivers. In this role, you will run nationwide, typically spending a minimum of 2–3 weeks out at a time. You will operate late-model, meticulously maintained equipment, allowing you to focus entirely on the road ahead without worrying about mechanical breakdowns.
This position offers a comprehensive flatbed training program to help you gain the skills and confidence needed for securement. As a flatbed driver, you will also have the opportunity to earn industry-leading tarp pay, averaging up to an extra $10,000 annually. The role is designed for flexibility, offering a program where you can bank unlimited days to fit your schedule and choose between extra home time or extra cash through our Road Warrior Program.
