About the Role
As a CDL-A Regional Flatbed Driver for Division 290, you will operate flatbed trucks on regional routes out of our Kansas City, MO terminal. This role is designed for drivers who want to be "America Proud, Flatbed Strong." You will be responsible for transporting heavy and specialized cargo, which includes tarping approximately 70% of loads. Drivers must be physically capable of lifting a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice, a requirement tested during orientation.

Our fleet consists of meticulously maintained trucks equipped with cutting-edge safety features, including lane departure and forward collision warning systems, hard brake monitoring, and satellite communication devices. If a truck requires repairs, it will not return to service until it is 100% ready to ensure your safety.
Day in the Life
Your schedule is designed to provide balance, with most weekends off for a 34-hour reset. You will utilize our award-winning Driver Portal app, built by drivers for drivers, to receive real-time updates, access pay information, and manage trip data. Support is available 24/7/365 through our road service staff and shops. Whether you are an experienced driver or a recent CDL-A graduate taking advantage of our special training offer (valid through 5/31/2026), you will be part of a team that invests in your success with transition and orientation packages.
