About the Role
As an OTR Reefer Lease Purchase Driver, you will operate within a dedicated fleet of 2023–2026 model automatic trucks. The role is designed for owner-operators who want to secure their own assets without the traditional barriers of entry. You will be assigned 100% refrigerated freight from an expansive customer network, ensuring consistent work without reliance on brokered loads. A dedicated fleet manager is assigned to keep you loaded, supported by 24/7 dispatch and a 24-hour support system.
Program Highlights
We have structured this program to make the transition to ownership seamless. There is no money down, no credit check, and no interest charged on the lease. The program features a $1 balloon payment and a 100% walk-away lease option, with all costs disclosed upfront and no hidden fees. Drivers utilize customer trailers with no rental fees and benefit from a manufacturer warranty on the truck, eliminating out-of-pocket maintenance costs. Additionally, drivers enjoy big fuel discounts of up to $1 off per gallon.
Hiring Process
All driver records are reviewed individually to ensure a good fit for our network. Candidates must hold a current CDL-A license with a minimum of two years of OTR experience. We review moving violations and preventable accidents on a case-by-case basis, generally looking for no more than three moving violations and two preventable accidents in the last three years.
