About the Role

This position is designed for a Class A CDL Driver / Operator with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements to join a team where health and safety are the #1 priority, lived 3-6-5. The Class A Operator is responsible for the safe and proper execution of HPC Industrial jobs across all service lines. You will supervise and complete single-task jobs requiring one crew, as well as manage turnarounds with management oversight at client sites. This role requires adherence to client and business requirements, as well as company policies, practices, and procedures.

The day-to-day involves acting as a safety representative for both the company and the customer, handling hands-on operations of vacuum and hydroblasting equipment, and operating specialized machinery such as Ultra High-Pressure pumps. You will be responsible for energizing pumping equipment, performing routine maintenance on company assets, and ensuring surface cleaning meets specifications. This role may also involve directing a crew of vacuum technicians, transporting equipment and personnel, and managing the loading and unloading of hoses and vacuum trucks at dump sites.
