About the Role

Based in the Youngstown and Warren, OH area, this Class A CDL Driver / Operator position is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic, field-based environment. You will be responsible for the safe and proper execution of HPC Industrial jobs across all service lines. This role involves supervising and completing single-task jobs with a crew, as well as managing turnarounds with management oversight at client sites.

Your day will involve hands-on operation of specialized equipment, including vacuum trucks, hydroblasting units, and Ultra High-Pressure pumps. You will ensure operations, safety, and emergency response protocols are strictly followed while performing routine maintenance, conducting pre- and post-trip inspections, and managing the loading and unloading of hoses and materials. This position requires significant travel (75-100%) within the region and flexibility to work variable shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
