About the Opportunity
We are seeking full-time W2 Class A CDL drivers for both Over-the-Road (OTR) and Regional runs operating east of I-35. This bi-weekly fleet is designed for drivers who want to maximize their miles while maintaining a consistent schedule. We welcome both industry veterans and recent CDL graduates looking to launch their careers.
The Role & Lifestyle
This position focuses on high-mileage efficiency with an average of 2,300 to 2,500+ miles per week. Drivers operate mostly no-touch dry van freight, utilizing a ~70% drop-and-hook model to keep wheels turning. The schedule follows a bi-weekly rotation: 12 to 14 days on the road followed by a full reset at home for 2 to 3 days.\n You will drive late-model 2024–2025 Freightliners and Kenworths equipped with APUs for comfort. The role includes professional training on ELD logging and DOT compliance. For new drivers, we offer fully paid orientation and 3–5 weeks of one-on-one mentorship to master the gear before going solo. Pet and rider programs are permitted.
