About the Role
As a Company Driver, you will primarily haul building products on regional or OTR lanes. The role is designed for efficiency and comfort: 60% of loads are preloaded and 45% are pre-tarped, eliminating the need for slip seats. Drivers enjoy a modern cab environment featuring 1800W inverters and the ability to cruise at speeds starting at 68 mph, potentially reaching 75 mph. This position offers dedicated home time and paid weekly compensation.
Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must meet specific criteria, including holding a valid CDL-A license and physical, being at least 21 years old, and possessing a solid work history with at least 12 months of experience. Applicants must pass an agility test (demonstrating the ability to lift/carry 100 lb. tarps and climb), a urine drug screen, and a background check showing no DUI/DW, reckless driving, or drug convictions in the past five years. Veterans are encouraged to apply, as the program is GI Bill approved.
