When you're a Company Truck Driver with Baggett, you're in the driver's seat of your career. Dispatch works to keep you in preferred lanes and ensure consistent home time. We utilize flatbed and stepdeck trailers to haul an assortment of specialized freight across the United States.

Hiring Process
To qualify with Baggett Transportation, candidates must meet specific criteria regarding age, driving experience, and licensing history. Applicants must be at least 25 years old with one year of over-the-road driving experience in the last five years and must pass a DOT physical. We maintain strict standards regarding traffic violations, accidents, and drug or alcohol testing history. Team drivers with Secret Clearance requirements must be U.S. citizens with no felony convictions and must meet financial stability criteria.
