We specialize in flatbed and stepdeck trailers, hauling an assortment of specialized freight across the United States. Our dispatch team works to keep you in preferred lanes and ensure you have consistent home time.
About the Role
This position offers a unique opportunity to drive with a company that values its drivers. We provide a supportive environment where you can focus on the road while we handle the logistics. Drivers have the option to utilize our Rider Program and bring pets along on the road. After six months, eligible drivers may explore a Lease Purchase option to own their equipment.
Hiring Process & Application
To qualify with Baggett Transportation, candidates must meet specific criteria regarding age, driving experience, and safety records. Applicants must be at least 25 years old with one year of over-the-road driving experience in the last five years and must pass a DOT physical. We also offer a paid orientation week, including a $500 stipend, to help new drivers get settled.
