About the Role
We are seeking CDL-A Truck Drivers to join our Flatbed Division. This role is designed for drivers who want to maximize their earning potential by hauling consistent, steady miles on oversized flatbed loads. Our fleet consists of trucks that are three years old or newer, with an average age of just 16 months. Drivers will operate Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia models equipped with driver-friendly features including refrigerators, leather interiors, double curtain wraps, double bunks, and built-in inverters.
No prior flatbed experience is required. We provide additional training during our all-expenses-paid orientation to ensure every driver is capable and confident before hitting the road. Home time typically ranges from 14 to 21 days, depending on location.
Hiring Process
All candidates must hold a valid CDL-A license. To apply, please submit your application online. Selected candidates will attend an all-expenses-paid orientation at a luxury hotel in Roseville, MN, or Appling, GA, where they will receive the necessary training to succeed in the flatbed division.
