About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are looking to run 28 days out and get 5 days home, or partner with a family member or friend, we offer a consistent schedule and 100% no-touch freight to ensure a smooth driving experience.
For Solo Drivers, the average is 2,000+ miles per week with a top 20% of our drivers earning over $1,500 weekly. Team Drivers can expect an average of 5,000 miles per week with a starting split pay of $0.72 - $0.80 CPM. If you do not have a team partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right fit, or you can bring on a family member or friend with the help of our sponsorship program.

We invest in our drivers by providing newer equipment averaging 18 months old. We maintain convenient home-base terminals and offer 24/7 driver support to ensure you are never stranded. Our paid orientation program gets you started quickly, and our tuition reimbursement and stock purchase plans support your long-term growth.

Qualifications and Hiring
To join our team, you must hold a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. We maintain high safety standards, requiring no more than one preventable accident in the last two years and no major preventable accidents in the last five years. Drivers must also have no more than two moving violations in the last two years and must pass a DOT physical and drug test. Please note that SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
