About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are looking to run 28 days out and return for 5 days of rest, or partner with a family member or friend, we offer a consistent schedule with 100% no-touch freight.

Solo drivers can expect to average over 2,000 miles per week with top performers in the top 20% earning over $1,500 weekly. For those interested in team driving, we offer a competitive split starting pay of $0.72 - $0.80 CPM and an average of 5,000 miles per week. If you do not have a team partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right fit, or you may bring on a family member or friend. We also offer a sponsorship program to assist with bringing new teammates on board.

Application Process

To apply, candidates must possess a valid Class A License (CDL A), be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. Applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. Specific driving record requirements include no more than one preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Additionally, there are strict guidelines regarding DUI/DWI offenses and drug-related convictions based on the timeframe and CDL status. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
